• Plant Health camps on  field diagnosis, Safe use of pesticides, IPM once or twice a season, aided by Farm-input/Agro-chemicals

• Issuing pest alerts/notifying exotic pests

• Empowering farmers’ knowledge bank  and providing easy access

 Expected out put/ benefits:

Farmers will be benefited by getting correct information about the plant samples, suffering from biotic and abiotic  stresses, brought by them.

The exact cause of its diseases and their possible remedy and prescription will be suggested.

The samples will be examined on minimum charges but it will be a regular source of  income for the KVK to continue the work.

Supply of bio control agents and organic pesticides will be ensured   through Bio Pharmacy.

Suitable bio control and organic control measures will be adopted by farmer based on the recommendations. 

Vocational training to rural youth will be provided in the field of mass multiplication of bio control  agents by giving special consideration

 to SC ST and economically backward class.
